This Idaho county went red by a mere 0.16% in 2016.

Romney won by 12% in 2012.
Obama won by >1% in 2008.
Went for Bush by 20/30%+ margins in 2004 and 2000 respectively.

Who will win it in 2020?

Tilt D, it voted Democratic by double digits in the gubernatorial race, although ID Democrats tend to overperform their partisan baseline in gubernatorial races.
