Beto got his 2nd endorsement from NY:

Maloney is one of the most right-wing Democrats. But he somehow fooled some people into thinking he was a progressive when he ran for AG. Perfect for Beto.

Considering the fact that you think anyone to the right of Lenin a right-winger, your comment is neither useful, nor surprising.

I mean, he's actually sorta right this time. Maloney is one of the most Conservative Democrats in the House. The rest is garbage.

Hmmmm....im listening Beto

Not bad, only took him a few hours to start playing hardball. Either way, though, it seems like Beto could take more support from Harris than Sanders, should he move to the top of the pack.

Trust his conservative record, not his liberal promises. Let's not fall into this trap again.

I'm considering supporting Beto alongside Andrew Yang and Pete and maybe Bernie.

Sounds great to me.  I'd take Obama back in a heartbeat.

POTUS Trump just won reelection to a 2nd term in 2020.

Yes, the mere fact that Beto O'Rourke announced a run for President has surely sealed Trump's reelection a year and a half before the actual election.

Oh yes, we need another President who tries desperately to get one Republican vote for the Heritage/Mitt Romney/Bob Dole healthcare plan.

What if he defends Omar? (:

Then I'll reconsider. Next? (:

It appears to me, just based off of the endorsements and the campaign theme Beto is building, that he will be running as a more Moderate Dem, in the same vein as Biden, Hickenlooper, etc.

I mean to be fair, the endorsements don't necessarily make the campaign. Sanders got endorsements from conservative Democrats like Collin Peterson and Dan Lipinski, but his campaign was anything but moderate.

The campaign tone hes taking and the stances hes taken so far are pretty moderate as well though.

Absolutely right. I suppose we'll find out, after four years of Trump, whether the Democratic electorate is truly interested in finding common ground with Republicans.

Extremely miffed on his statements on healthcare! Isn’t Becky Bond his campaign manager? Can’t imagine her joining if this was going to be his initial stance. Not jumping ship but will not hesistate to do so if he remains this feckless on healthcare.

Are there people stupid enough to believe that accusing Beto of being Obama 2.0 is going to hurt him?

I hate this primary. And for once can Bernie's supporters not act like crazed Jehovah's Witnesses on the street.

The problem is Obama’s presidency led to the rise of Trump. Another Obama will lead to another Trump and will not address the fundamental problems of the country.
