1. Deschutes (aka the Holy Land)
2. Jackson (it's a weird mix of deplorables and hippies, but that's part of the charm)
3. Lane (it's always rainy and depressing, but the really good kind of rainy and depressing)
4. Washington (this would be higher if South Beaverton and Tigard didn't exist)
5. Hood River (Oregon's best ski resort is here)
6. Clatsop
7. Wasco (former home of the world's best cult leader, Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh)
8. Jefferson (home of my queen Jamie McLeod-Skinner)
9. Lincoln (if you take out the fact that it'll be completely destroyed if an earthquake hits)
10. Tillamook (same as Lincoln, but the constant manure smell makes it worse)
11. Lake (surprisingly aesthetic)
12. Umatilla
13. Grant (also surprisingly aesthetic, if you can stand the 100 degree heat)
14. Multnomah (if Gresham didn't exist it would be higher)
15. Wallowa
16. Union
17. Marion (Woodburn and the mountain towns are waaaay better than Salem)
18. Morrow
19. Benton
20. Yamhill
21. Polk
22. Harney (armed militia capital of the world)
23. Douglas
24. Columbia (it's always rainy and depressing, but not the good kind of rainy and depressing)
25. Wheeler (run down houses and sh!tty 90s cars, plus there's absolutely nothing there)
26. Malheur (boring)
27. Linn (even more boring)
28. Josephine (just deplorables, no hippies)
29. Baker
30. Gilliam (literally nothing but a tiny truck stop town with a gas station and a McDonald's)
31. Sherman (same as Gilliam)
32. Clackash!t (Wilsonville and the ski villages are pretty nice, but the rest it's best to avoid like it's a contaminated nuclear power plant)

Reserving all judgement on Crook County since I've never been there. Also Coos and Curry since I haven't been there since I was super young, and Klamath since I've only been to the really northern tip and not to Klamath Falls or anywhere around there.

Meadows, it's the best Mount Hood ski resort by far.

Only doing the ones I have an opinion on:

1. Williamson (High income suburbs, true HillGoose country)
2. Wilson (Upper-middle income suburbs, good shopping, stuff like that)
3. Davidson (Nashville is a city so that rocks, TN is too rural overall)
4. Maury (Kind of like Williamson but more rural)
5. Rutherford (I lived here, at least technically, for much of my childhood. It's a pretty cool county, kind of like Wilson but more rural areas)
6. Sumner (Hendersonville is a nice suburb at least)
7. Cheatham (Even though I have a distaste for trees and grass, I can admit that Ashland City is beautiful in a way. The subdivisions in Kingston Springs are cool too)
8. Hamilton (Chattanooga is a nice town)
9. Putnam (Cookeville is an alright area)
10. Knox (It's like, ehh, I never really had a love for Knoxville)
11. Robertson (Honestly this is where it starts getting bad. Very limited parts of Robertson are cool with me, the more suburban areas closer to Nashville, but everywhere else is either scary rural (Adams, etc) or ghetto and gross (Springfield)
12. Marshall (Kind of like Robertson honestly)
13. Cumberland (A lot of nice people I know are from Crossville, but the area still sucks otherwise)
14. Dickson (Like Robertson but only in the "scary rural" way)
15. Franklin (The county I was born in and lived in for my early childhood. It's even more scary rural than any of the others I've listed so far, literally the town I come from looks like it could be some Ukrainian hellscape)
16. Jackson (The county I currently live in. Everyone here is either old as dirt, a meth addict, or university student looking for cheap cost of living. I'm in that last group and I can't wait to get out of here)
17. Van Buren (Honestly every time I drive through Van Buren county all I can think about is how many serial killers there must be per capita. It's scarier than Franklin and Jackson counties, despite TN-111 running right through it)
18. Smith (Al Gore lived in Carthage and like I said one night I almost got hit by a deer at 1 AM on I-40 near Carthage, the whole county makes me angry tbh)

1.  Hinds (only "urban" part of the state, densest concentration of amenities)
2.  Oktibbeha (Mississippi State, college town, eclectic architecture, most socially liberal part of the state)
3.  Lee (Tupelo, where my parents are from, very conservative and very uppity, very White compared to other parts of the state)
4.  Harrison (Gulf Coast, so it has beaches/casinos plus stuff that's kinda urban)
5.  Lafayette (Ole Miss, good restaurants, but the college kids here suck)
6.  Madison (Wealthier Jackson suburbs, relatively good amenities)
7.  Bolivar (Cleveland in the Delta, increasingly cool and unique amenities)
8.  Washington (Greenville in the Delta, Doe's Eat Place)

after that they all kind of suck

Top 5 -

Los Angeles

Orange

Tulare (Probably seems like an odd choice, but my ex who I still miss was from there lol)

San Diego

San Francisco

..........................

Bottom 5 -

Lassen

Nevada

Riverside

Mono

San Benito

I don’t feel like doing all 58. I’m in Nevada for work right now though. I’ll do NV.

A. Bullfrog - maybe Roe v Wade was misdecided. Nevada never should’ve been allowed to abort this glorious Freedom County. RIP.
1. Carson City - not technically a county, but it used to have a US Mint. Clearly a Freedom City.
2. Douglas - the parts that matter are basically an extension of South Lake Tahoe
3. Washoe - Has some culture, but not to the excess of Vegas, close to Tahoe
4. Clark - at least the Dam is nice
5. Storey - has the Tesla battery factory and Virginia City
6. White Pine - Great Basin National Park was nice and Ely seemed like a cool place
7. Lander - I like to joke that west Austin is best Austin (suck it Texas)
8. Eureka - the town seems nice than Austin, but I can’t make the joke because Eureka, CA is better (and further west)
9. Humboldt - Winnemucca is fun to say
10. Elko - meh
11. Mineral - bleh
12. Nye - Pahrump is a rump
13. Esmeralda - why hasn’t this been folded into Nye yet? Looks like backwards Nevada
14. Pershing - forgettable
15. Churchill - very forgettable
16. Lyon - so forgettable I had to look it up because I couldn’t think of it
17. Lincoln - looks like a backwards Utah, is socially actually Utah, I had to drive an hour and a half round trip to hit this, the last of the counties my dad and I needed to complete the state, and the last in rank. Horrible County

1. Rockingham - It has everything, really. Portsmouth is more upscale (and Exeter is getting there), Hampton Beach is New England's mecca of white culture, and you have your middle of nowhere towns, retail towns, and exurbs. This is also my home-town.
2. Grafton - Culturally close to Vermont. The southern part, aside from Plymouth State, has some mountains. It also has Clark's Trading Post, which is a unique amusement park with bear shows and one of the few working steam railroads in the world. It also has Hanover, home of Dartmouth College. It's a nice little place.
3. Strafford - Dover and Durham are nice. I actually really like Rochester, which gets a bad rap. Barrington's also got some cool stuff there too. I had memories with my mom, before her mental health relapse, at a Christmas store and antiquing, and the country store up there has fresh food.
4. Hillsborough - I admittedly haven't been here much. Strangely enough, I've never actually been to Nashua. Manchester's cool, though, and my Congressman's restaurant always has good chicken tenders.
5. Merrimack - Fried chicken and exotic meats. What's not to love?
6. Carroll - More mountains, the outlets in Conway, lakes, and Story Land. It's a children's amusement park that I used to go way back when.
7. Belknap County - A lot of lakes. Really not much to say. The ****bags apparently have a campground up there. It's beautiful otherwise - shame my scumbag relatives pollute their little corner of it.
8. Coos - The White Mountains. Also the husk of Berlin, and Santa's Village, a Christmas-themed amusement park. Mick Foley loves the place.
9. Cheshire - I only went here to hike Monadnock. Never been to Keene.
10. Sullivan - I haven't been here.

eh, I'll rank the cities/towns in my county cause I feel like it.

1) North Beaverton (actually has culture, home of the best Mexican restaurant in the Portland metro, fairly chill atmosphere)
2) Cedar Mill (the only one of the suburbs north of the freeway that isn't an endless wasteland of McMansions and HOAs, home of the second best Mexican restaurant in the Portland metro)
3) Hillsboro (it's a really aesthetic city to drive in, good shops and stores and restaurants)
4) Bethany (ok, it's not as bad as I said before, it has a really good restaurant and good atmosphere)
5) Oak Hills (great fireworks show)
6) North Plains (the town itself is tiny and has pretty much nothing but the countryside around it is amazing)
7) Wilsonville (ok, yeah, it's mostly in Clackamas but still)
8 ) Those towns on the way to the beach with the Dairy Queen and all the weed dispensaries
9) Forest Grove (boring)
10) Banks (discount North Plains)
11) Aloha (what even is in Aloha? Neil Abercrombie would be ashamed)
12) Tigard (it's got Washington Square, avoid the rest)
13) Tualatin (Tigard without Washington Square, and no, Bridgeport Village, you don't count)
14) Sherwood (Tualatin without Bridgeport Village)
15) Cornelius (basically just a Walmart and trailer parks)
16) Satan's lair aka South Beaverton

Tanasbourne was part of what my Hillsboro ranking so high (I just counted them together since I'm pretty sure it's in the city limits), I love THPRD but not sure where to put it vs. entire cities.

That area has the Nike Main Campus too though and the Walker RD Fred Meyer as well. Where did you put it though, North Beaverton
