Think Northam sleeps on it and ends up resigning tomorrow he's in the denial/bargaining stage of grief right now but he'll get to acceptance.

This. Also, does this have any connection to Northam's controversial comments from earlier this week? Why did this picture drop now, and not during the 2017 gubernatorial campaign?

Quite likely, yes. Conveniently takes a lot of heat off the backlash to the Dems' recent abortion/infanticide extremism.

Such actions are not morally defensible. In this case, you have to heed the calls to resign ASAP.

How stupid does this guy think the people are in his state? The latest excuse (denying it) after already admitting it was him betrays the contempt he (and most establishment Democrats in general) holds for the average Joe.

I bet the MSNBC Moms in NOVA are popping an extra xan and buying another bottle of rosé tonight.

If only Barbara Comstock had run in 2017 for Governor, we would have discovered this in time.

The writers could really pull one out of their sleeve and have Northam win America back over through a sick dance montage.

Tom Delay was on Dancing with the Stars, maybe Delay could have a dance off against Northam. The winner wins back the hearts of America.

This post is a perfect example of DSA and Bernie supporters' thinly concealed disdain for women.

I’mma keep it real with you, (likely) Grand Wizard Northam fanboy less than 48 hours ago. You guys’s material is really old and laughable. Just give up and try something new.
Can you really judge Northam supporters before this event? He did a fantastic job as VA governor, IMO.

I bet the folks of a historic African American community formed by Freedman after the Civil War that has been under threat from Dominion Energy Company, whose CEO wrote and directed a pro-Confederate civil award film, which has the support of Northam to build in a community that has widely rejected the company’s advances are convinced of Northam’s greatness prior to the outrage from these pictures. Northam has been a trash governor and has always been a racist; nobody saw or cared until some pictures showed up.

Uh.... Bernie Sanders lobbied for nuclear waste to be dumped in a low income Hispanic community. Him and Northam are both trash.

Your signature is 100% stupid and ridiculous.
They spend half the time telling black people that our issues need to be on the back burner and the other half telling us that Sanders attending one student protest 50 years ago and voting for Jesse Jackson should be enough to garner universal support for him in the black community.

L.Douglas Wilder, former VA governor and first elected African American governor calls for Northam’s resignation, clarifying his earlier statement.

The same could be said for you. Northam's comments earlier this week were unacceptable, and this picture also defies the bounds of human rationality.

Looking increasingly likely that Northam was not in the photo and idiot partisans jumped to conclusions again. The blackface was done by a friend with the same pair of pants as are in a different photo. This friend is shorter than Northam. As Klan LARPer is shorter than cool pants friend in blackface, this proves NORTHAM is INNOCENT!

Supporting infant DNR is unacceptable yet forcing a child to slowly die and their parents to watch because they can't afford healthcare isn't? And I never once defended Northam over the picture and said he should resign as soon as I saw the story, so not sure why that's coming up in reply to me.

Citation needed. I'm serious. How is it becoming increasingly likely? If so, obviously this changes everything, but I have a hard time believing that after his near admission to the matter the day before he declined resigning.
