Who would you support if the 1980 GOP primaries was between Kemp and Connally.


I would obviously support Kemp, though I wouldnt mind if Connally won

If you watch his 1980 debate performance, it becomes clear that Connally's only platform position was to advocate for further fossil fuel resource extraction. Kemp it is.

Yeah I'm not a big fan of either one, but Kemp seems like he had a bit more substance to him.

Connally was a caricature of everything bad about the late 20th century Republican Party. Kemp it is.
