I think the general idea is correct - that Trump doesn't care much for the rule of law and has always seen himself as better than it, and he has said things that suggest he believes that he, as president, is above it and untouchable. What is this in reference to?  Trump's recent predecessors have all pushed the envelope when it comes to executive power, so I don't see how he is unique in that regard, aside from him being more brash and bold about it, and more transparently self-interested.

Inaccurate in the sense of him seeking to be a literal monarch, but accurate about being the most despotic and dictatorial leader in the industrialized West and currently  the most contemptuous of democratic norms (in the old sense, republican values).  Literally incorrect, but symbolically this is highly accurate.
