I don't like the lobbying, and he has some tiresome moderate hero aura, but he was a great Governor and Senator, so generally FF.

Epic HP. You can really see quite a difference in how he voted 2005-2006 when he was thinking of running for President and 2009-2010 when he was angling for a lobbyist job.

Did some good as Governor, but overall not very good as a Senator.

Birch was miles ahead of his son though.

Massive FF. had the GOP nominee not been Todd Young I would've easily supported Bayh in 2016. But Young is an even bigger FF
