Also, no, as said earlier, the turn closes at midnight, 11:59:59 PM CDT, which is the same as 12:59:59 AM EDT, 10:59:59 PM MDT, 9:59:59 PM PDT, and 8:59:59 PM AKDT. Tongue

Did Sotomayor and/or Kagan get confirmed to the Supreme Court? If not did Obama appoint anyone else, or have the Republicans been blocking confirmation of at least one (maybe two) new Justices for the last two years...or did Stevens and Souter just not retire?
