Perhaps this sums it up best:

opebo voted for Kerry
bullmoose did not vote for Bush

Case closed.

Why do you continue to cherry-pick facts about opebo while ignoring the larger picture?

I'm just saying that when you boil it down to the basics, opebo is far closer.

I agree.  The Democratic party is well characterized by people who want to kill Christians, sexually molest children, and incite class wars.

the first two, no, the last one, yes.

And the first two aren't very big issues in the mainstream. As far as mainstream issues go, such as abortion, Iraq, gay rights, etc. opebo's positions are those of the Democratic mainstream. Most Democrats are pro-choice, oppose the Iraq war and are pro-gay marriage. So is opebo.

You seem to have difficulty recognizing differing degrees of positions.

-Most Democrats probably support raising the minimum wage.  Most Democrats do NOT support raising thie minimum wage to $15/hour.

-Most Democrats oppose the war right now.  Most Democrats do NOT support reinstalling Saddam and paying reparations.

-Most Democrats are pro-choice.  Most Democrats do NOT consider abortion as something that should be encouraged to happen more often.

These are just several examples.  Just because the position is not the right wing position doesn't mean that its the Democratic Party position.
