Well it'd be quite tough being democrat in that time anyway. Besides, if your party is so ineffective like it was that led Paul/Mandel to their landslides, I think you (and many others in atlas) would likely join de Leon's party. Here would probably be you in this scenario:

I wouldn't go that far. Recent polling shows the three tied, and Quarton is gaining momentum day-by-day. When this win by Quarton dooms the Dems, we may even have a shot at taking down Paul/Mandel in 2028

Even so, with the way Republicans have done in the past few elections, if the democrats fall to the far-left alliance like you said, a more left party will only help republicans in their current state of dominance. Sheesh, I remember when you were more moderate.

Hold on, is a congress dominated by moderates your plan now? A 26 seat majority just *needs* to be moderate? (and to think I considered joining this party).

Editor's note: in Austria, Pilz has consistently overtaken the Greens (following the results from 2017), and Pilz remains as the parliamentary Green group.

Jeff Jackson is allegedly joining de Leon's party. We need the best candidate we can get in order to win here (as well as anywhere else).

Guys (and Peebs), the election hasn't even happened yet. Let's not jump to conclusions. While de Leon's alliance looks strong as of now, they may have some time to go before they become the American version of the Pilz party. Besides, at this stage, Democrats can still win these races (at least as of now).

Michigan, Minnesota, Texas, and Wisconsin remain too early to call.

On the senate side, CNN can project that Senators Pat Roberts, Ben Sasse, Mike Rounds, John Cornyn, and Mike Enzi have all won reelection for the republicans, and Senators Gary Peters, Al Farnken,  and Mark Udall have won reelection, and Congressman Rick Nolan has won his senate race. The races in Colorado and Louisiana remain Too early to call.

Notice of retcon: in light of recent events, Franken is hereby retconned from this TL, and the 2020 MN senate race winner is Rick Nolan, and in 2024, Jason Lewis defeats Senator Rick Nolan.
Jason Lewis Defeats Al Franken Rick Nolan (R+1)

Just for fun, every state Paul allegedly failed to get a majority in flipped to the left. 310 electoral votes. Either that is some magical 37% or you didn't change most of the %ages. Probably the latter. I also noticed I'm Congresswoman-elect. Good for me.
