Lean Yes (neutral), but the defense budget should only be raised slightly - mostly for renovating crumbling barracks, so that soldiers don't have to sleep and be stationed in sh*tholes. And more money for equipment, but not heavy equipment such as new fighter jets and tanks. Not sure if the German Army also does disaster aid (since Germany has the THW), but for Austria the army should focus more on disaster aid and get the funding to do it properly.

Yes (important), organic farming should be given a higher priority by the state, since it is much better in quality than mass agriculture. Animals also have much better conditions under organic farming. A no brainer for Austria, which is a huge organic farming nation, rather than a large-scale agro-business nation.
