Rauner on account of his ineptitude. Walker, however much of a failure he is on the national level, has been remarkably successful in decimating his opposition.

Bruce Rauner, and it isn't even close. He's too econmically liberal, but a still a pragmatist with moderate views on social issues. Definitely one of the best Republicans currently holding an office.
