Very likable person, probably would be in the mid 60s for approval rate nationally, but if I had to pick, besides WY, I would say Utah, with Idaho as a close third for lowest approval ratings. Probably somewhere in the high 30s to very low 40s, simply too partisan and conservative these days to like even the some of the finest non-conservatives that America has to offer.
