Tough guess....

Would imagine somewhere with a large % of Social Conservatives, which rules out much of West, Northeast, and Upper Midwest.

Being a Democrat with an Oklahoma background should help with approval ratings in the Plains States, and the floor for Democrats in most of the "Deep South" is pretty high because of the large African-American population.

Would imagine the Oklahoma background would help with approvals in places in the "Upper South" (Appalachian areas).

Alabama?

Probably some Deep South/Southern Great Plains or lower Appalachian Area or maybe some social conservative Mountain west state like Utah. I'll say however Oklahoma however i could also say Alabama.
