Yes, but as long as any part of the ball is over the goal line it's a TD, and the ball was partially over the white goal line. It's a TD, yes it sucks but it's a TD. Blame the Falcons for not making any adjustments and choking, especially Ryan taking that sack.

at least 1/3 of the ball (but not more than 3/5) was across the line at the time his knee was down
