Cuber and Jacobin are delegates so it doesn't apply to them. But if say, Peebs wanted to introduce legislation, Peebs would need a seconder.

Personally, I prefer that citizens confer with a delegate before introducing legislation, either federalist or labor, but that is my personal preference not a law. It is our duty as legislators to represent the citizens of the south.

We're technically Delegates-elect, so I think the same rules should apply to us as to every other citizen, except we should be able to pre-file legislation so that it comes up in the queue earlier. That's how most states, including MO, do it, allowing Representatives- and Senators-elect to prefile legislation. Peebs seconded them anyway so we're good lol

1. This act hereby creates the position of Attorney General.
2. The Attorney General will be appointed by the Governor.

I would ask that this be put forward promptly through an emergency slot, as the urgent situation with our rules must be addressed before we can address any other legislation. I would hope that all Delegates agree with me on this front.
