Clinton leading by more than 5K in Wayne with 30% in. She could do this. Surprisingly Macomb county in/around Detroit has flipped to Sanders.

Sanders is leading by 23-24K odd now!

Leaning Sanders at the moment barring the black areas of Wayne voting for Hillary in dramatically higher #s than the exits showed.

Flint is more than offset by Sanders strength in Ann Arbor and Grand Rapids.

Bernie is winning in every city except Detroit and Flint, that might be enough.

HARRY ENTEN
I’m looking on the Wayne County clerk’s website to try to get an idea of where the vote is being reported from in Wayne County. It seems, at least as of earlier this hour, that Detroit was at 0 percent. The nearly uniformly white areas of Grosse Pointe Shores and Plymouth were at 100 percent. In other words, the percentages coming out of Wayne County right now don’t really reflect how black areas are voting.

That was "earlier this hour". A lot has come in since then, and it's not closing.

Is there confirmation that Detroit has come in?

It's surprisingly close in Washtenaw, only 9 points.

Bernie wishes he could get any significant support from minorities.

I ran some numbers a bit ago that if the margin in the rest of the state remained constant, for Clinton to win, she'd need to get ~63% in the remaining Wayne county vote to pull out a win. It could happen, but I'm not fully convinced yet.

Well this is the last time I'm trusting Michigan pollsters.

R.I.P my prediction.

Does anybody know how much of Detroit is in? And by Detroit I mean the city, not Wayne county. If its not mostly out, I think Sanders wins this. If it is mostly out, its neck and neck. Unbelievable.

1/3 of the vote in Wayne County and Clinton is only up 5K. Bernie might be doing enough in outside of Detroit to keep the margin close.

Sanders now only up 9k...if he is going to win, he cannot lose Wayne by a larger margin than 60-30

More Detroit came in, but it seems there might not be enough votes left for her there to close the gap.

Even though he lost, Sanders did pretty well in Michigan.  Could spin it into a positive story, considering how out there the polls were.
