Trump
Cruz
Rubio
Bush

Cruz's campaign is built for Cleveland, he's in it for the long haul.

As long as dummies keep shelling out $$$ to Bush he's going to keep going. I think while he ultimately wants to win the nomination and still sees a path, a secondary goal is to take Rubio down as a message to those who 'betray' the Bushes.

Trump, Cruz, and Rubio are the likely ones.

Possibilities for the 4th slot include, but are not limited to:
-Another establishment guy (Jeb!, Kasich, or Christie)
-Carson sticking around
-Paul resurgence (this is obviously what I want to happen)
-Santorum believing he's been called by God to the presidency and not dropping out until February 2017.

Bump.

Even with Rubio's stock being mortally damaged, I still think this will end up being the Final Four. As long as Rubio doesn't do embarrassingly bad (5th and lower) in NH, he will stick it out for a while if not to win the nomination, to keep his name relevant to run for Governor in 2018 or something.

Jeb is going to be the final GOPe boss. After Rubio's crash and burn I feel most of the donor class is just going to stick with Jeb and his mediocrity to the end out of lack of options. I think he's going to trudge along before getting trounced in Florida.

Trump and Cruz are fairly well-established front runners, given polling and organizational support. Beyond them, I think Bush and Christie, assuming the latter eeks out a decent finish in NH. I just feel Rubio peaked too early and is starting to crater, so people will give Bush a second look, and perhaps the angry voters will like Christie's blunt style. Substitute Bush for Kasich if you want, but Bush has the money.

Trump
Cruz

After this it gets harder, but Kasich who stays for a while before realizing that he only wins primaries in states where moderates are a significant part of their respective Republican Parties.

And then Carson because he just doesn't seem to be getting the hint.

The lavenous one is finished. Jeb! will be declared the surprise upset comeback in New Hampshire and he has enough cash to carry on.

Cruz, Jeb!, TRUMP and Gilmore, who will never stop, keep going. TRUMP wins the nomination on Super Tuesday.
