A Virginian. If she locked up VA it would make it almost impossible for her to lose. Hillary could become the next president by winning VA along with any one of these three: CO, IA, or NV.

Tim Kaine at roughly 60%
Gov. Terry McAuliffe at roughly 15%
Mark Warner at roughly 5% (lowest due to his massive net worth)

Julian Castro is also a possibility at roughly 20%


what are the percentages supposed to represent?

out of 100% possible

(similar to Nate Silver's simulations)
I say Kaine will be picked 3 of every 5 times. Castro once of every 5 times.

I think Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) could potentially be a good choice. Anyone else?
There's a shot.

He's been on the Clinton's radar, although they were worried that he might run for President himself.

He's young and progressive, so he could help with the base.

And he's become a leader in the party on foreign policy.
