It's too early to make a comprehensive list, but so far:

President: Bernie Sanders

Senate: Third party, Wyden is too neoliberal.

I also like Feingold, Duckworth, and Van Hollen. All other races either have terrible candidates or are too early to declare.

Governor: Kate Brown

It would be nice if the VT Progressives would run a candidate.

Senate, only the ones I really care about:

New Hampshire: Kelly Ayotte (R)
Pennsylvania: Pat Toomey (R)

Let's make some edits here:

President: Joe Biden (if he doesn't run, gun to my head, the Democratic nominee)

Governor:
Kentucky: No Endorsement
Mississippi: Robert Gray (D)
Louisiana: Scott Angelle (R) (considering the Democratic nominee there can't win)

Indiana: John Gregg (D)
North Carolina: Roy Cooper (D)
Oregon: Kate Brown (D)
West Virginia: Jeff Kessler (D) for a lack of better option

Senator:
Arizona: Ann Kirkpatrick (D)
California: Kamela Harris (D), though I could see myself voting for Rocky Chavez (R)
Colorado: Michael Bennet (D), I guess
Florida: Patrick Murphy (D)
Kentucky: Rand Paul (R)
Maryland: Donna Edwards (D)
Missouri: Jason Kander (D)
New York: Not Chuck Schumer
Ohio: P.G. Sittenfeld (D)
Oregon: Ron Wyden (D) unless he actually opposes the Iran Deal.
Pennsylvania: Joe Sestak (D)
Wisconsin: Russ Feingold (D)

For the Senate, I can say I have 3 enthusiastic endorsements:

KY - Rand Paul
UT - Mike Lee
GA - Derrick Grayson

And endorsements with reservations:

OR - Ron Wyden
FL - Ron DeSantis
IN - Marlin Stutzman
IL - Joe Walsh (if he runs)

And for the house, here are some members I'm just thinking of right now. I'll add to this list later once I know more candidates.

CO-02: Jared Polis
FL-19: Curt Clawson
ID-01: Raul Labrador
IA-01: Rod Blum
KY-04: Thomas Massie
MI-03: Justin Amash
NC-03: Walter Jones
NC-11: Mark Meadows
OK-01: Jim Bridenstine
SC-01: Mark Sanford
TN-02: John Duncan (unfortunately he's anti-free trade)

italicized = endorsement with reservations or need to know more

After doing a little research, I can whatever respect I had for Paul Ryan is gone now. Will never vote for him.

I'm surprised at the Baron Hill endorsement. I'm supporting Stutzman.

I don't endorse tea Partiers unless their opponent is a sacrificial lamb, and sometimes not even then.

Baron Hill is exactly my type of democrat - lean liberal on economy while still being cautious about raising the deficit, willing to work across the aisle, not a social issues crusader.

This will be updated a lot, but:

President:
LP Nomination: Gary Johnson
R Nomination: Rand Paul
D Nomination: Chafee or Sanders

Senate:
Georgia: Derrick Grayson
Nevada: Wayne Allyn Root (if he runs)
Arizona: Kelli Ward
Kentucky: Rand Paul (Tom Massie if Rand wins the nomination for president)

House:
MI-03: Justin Amash (a million times...)
KY-04: Thomas Massie
NC-03: Walter Jones

Off the top of my head. Anyone on the Liberty Caucus I'm probably for, but just copying-and-pasting that is too tacky for my taste.

Cheesy

Seriously, he's awesome. Glad his name and message have made it to Wisconsin! As the primary draws closer I will most likely switch my signature to an endorsement of his. I'm afraid he's not electable, sadly, but we need people like him in government.

For now, I'm watching candidate Rocky Chavez, who is a Republican running for the Senate in California. Don't know what chance he has as a Republican. He's interesting, though: a number of his stands on social issues are in line with those of the Democrats, other than his being pro-life, but his foreign policy stance is definitely Republican. I hope he does well...

Well, his name has not necessarily made it in Wisconsin, I just looked him up, went to his issues page, and was very pleasantly surprised. Hope he does some kind of decent showing against Isakson.
