I was tempted to vote for Comrade Hoxha as a joke, but Hoxha wasn't really amusing. His royal predecessor, Zog, was, on the other hand, a real class act.

Tito.

The worst might have been Hoxha or Ceausescu.  Probably Hoxha, since he was more isolationist.

I voted Tito, but in 1972 Ceausescu might have still qualified as a (relative) FF. After all, the beginning of his regime started with condemnation of Soviet atrocities and a loosening of censorship. Some time around then though was when he began qualifying as super HP.

Hoxha is obviously the best if you think pillboxes are the height of architecture.

Obviously not a fan of state capitalism, though I suppose Tito was the nicest of the bunch.

Probably. More surprised anyone voted for Honecker, it must be name recognition since he was worse than Jablonski or Kadar.

Tito. He was the most peaceful and (relatively) liberal and internationalist, and by all accounts a more rational and humane guy than any of the others. If the nation had stayed together or dissolved peacefully, today Yugoslavia would be one of the richest nations in Europe. Awful Shame.

Tito was at least a decent military leader... only rationale I can find to make him better of all these HPs
