FF, undeniably. Even beyond the overall good he's done for his own people, he's played a significant and leading role in defeating the FTAA, strengthening the Latin American left and center-left, and moving Latin America away from a century of American imperialist domination.

Overall, his government has been inept and corrupt.  The Venezuelan economy is completely mismanaged.  Crime is ridiculously high.  Political freedom has been curtailed.  He did translate windfall oil profits into some anti-poverty programs.  But, overall, he did much more harm than good.

I used to like him until he started restricting alcohol sales.

Of course sucking up to Russia with recognizing those awful authoritarian splinter states was another huge blow, as was backing Gaddafi and al-Assad.

Voted neutral because of the mixed good (raise up poor people) and bad (corruption, authoritarian tactics), but if I have to lean one way it would be FF. I thought he was very unfairly demonized for standing up to America and its corporate bullies.
