Retrospective Presidential Election-1788

Based off a thing on the AH boards, this will be a 3-day run through of each presidential election and who you would have voted for. Anyone who got at least 0.5% of the popular vote or at least 1 electoral vote (only if there was no PV) is eligible. No runoffs.

For pre-1824 elections, assume you are an elector.

Look, man. Don't wanna rain on your parade or nothin'. But there's a thing going already. Not for this election, but I think title would fit best if it was just "1788/89 Presidential Election", and then you give all the choices (and give two choices since that's how electors voted then). Because then with this other format it throws the whole series off and whatnot.
