Actually, Governor, it was his fight against drugs that ultimately caused his death. Not to seem disrespectful to him and/or his family, but I believe legalizing drugs would actually reduce crimes such as these.

Though my condolences to the Bryes.

Oh yes, if we only made it easier for the Bryes' children to overdose on cocaine or mexican meth. the world would be a better place.

You've missed the point. I'm not advocating for children to do drugs, I'm advocating for legal adults to have the right.

There was a time in this country when it was perfectly legal for small children to walk into the pharmacy and purchase heroin.  Not very many did.

Yeah because they were busy working 12 hours in a factory.

I'm sorry but your whole mode of thinking is flawed.  Maybe you live in a perfect world.  I don't.

Statement 7

Due to today’s traumatic storm, I hereby declare a state of emergency for the portions of the Mideast region affected by the physical tornados. I also order the National Guard and the Regional Guard of the Mideast to deploy to these areas affected for peacekeeping operations as well for disaster relief support.

I request the chief executives of Kentucky and Virginia, dispatch the state guard to assist the National and Regional Guards in disaster relief and peacekeeping operations.

Citizens should report any and all misconduct by members of the Mideast Regional Guard and the National Guard, and/or their State Militia to the desk at the nearest Regional or Federal Building. Citizens should also report any criminal activity to the Regional, National and/or State Militias as well as police and local security forces.

Governor A-Bob

P.S. Thank you Emperor Pit for letting me base my response off of your statement due to my long absense today since my car battery died Smiley carry on

Statement 8

Today marked a horrible tragedy in our region and nation. The Gateway Arch was destroyed today in an effort to kill civilians and destroy a national symbol. This act of terrorism will not stand. I hereby order a state of emergency in St. Louis in order to quickly and effectively find any survivors trapped and to ensure public order. I ask all civilians to remain calm today and work with local and regional officials and law enforcement as we hunt down the person responsible.

While today is a dark day in our region, I am confident we will never be stronger. We will rebuild our lives, homes, and city. We must reach into our hearts to find compassion toward one enough and become a strong community in these difficult times.

Tonight my prays are with the families in St. Louis. I will continue to monitor the situation and give my full cooperation with the federal government to find the one responsible.

Just so we don't all forget, I'd like to remind everyone we have elections coming up in two weeks so if you want a seat in the Assembly, announce now so we don't have an epic write-in campaign like last time. Also Governor and Senate should be mentioned

Statement 9

I have directed all regional law enforcement and security forces to work with the federal government in hunting down these Al Qaeda operatives, to bring them to justice. Terrorism will not stand in the Mideast or Atlasia. I have full confidence in our President in ensuring these men will be brought to justice.

I don't believe you can legally open it before midnight, though I could be wrong.

Is the first time one party completely controlled the Assembly? Tongue It says something about how conservative this Assembly is when Afleitch is by far the most liberal. Wink

The Imperial Legislature is pretty right-wing these days, but we are not quite at single-party control. Tongue
