Lordie, the debate just flies away when you're not here for awhile.

No on expanding the council to 7.

People are going to be cycling through the council because it has term limits. It's nice that alot of people want to be in the council, but we need to think about the long term consequences of letting a huge number of people on the council right away. Let's not turn this into the Northeast Assembly, here.

My thoughts on the Council are that it's not too hard to change the bylaws, and if in four months it turns out that we need to reduce the size of the Council, we can. For now, a lot of people want to participate, and I'd like to see all viewpoints be represented on the Council.
