No way. Clinton was impeached, and Carter was a loser and a horrible President.

Bush 41 handled a sucessful war in the GULF, and George W. Bush has handled the War on Terror well.

Not with Clinton on top of the ticket.  North Carolina never went for him, and would not even with Carter on the bottom of the ticket.

If this election were held in 2004 the swing states would be the same states that were contested in 2004.
