DuPage + Cook together make up a majority of outstanding votes.

I think Quinn may pull it out after all.

True, but Dupage is so close it could shift the lead even by a couple thousand votes. The real key I think are those near 450 outstanding precincts in Cook, and where in the county they're at.

Anyone have insider info on this?

Edit: That said, I'm also surprised to say Quinn might make it after all.

Hynes is still closing on Quinn, only down six thousand votes. I'm holding out hope.

It's a shame that Julie Hamos lost her primary in IL-10.

Dillard vs. Quinn is probably the worst matchup for the Democrats. Sad

If that's the matchup, then I'm supporting Dillard.
