Concerning the speech, I just heard some samples of it but according to these ones I tend to think that Obama may have sometimes made too much toward Muslims, giving some force to all the conservative reactions we can see here. The balance was certainly very hard to find but he may have failed a bit by flattering Muslims too much.

Also, if a democratic Palestine began attacking Israel, the world community would quickly respond to Palestine in ways that would help Israel.  Presently, the world is not 100% united behind Israel.  If a genuine, legitimate Palestine began to attack Israel, though, the rest of the world would unite behind Israel.
