Anyway, I wasn't exactly enamored with the state even when it had a Democratic governor, two Democratic Senators, two Democratic House Reps, and a heavily Democratic legislature, so your theory is incorrect. But I only started to really dislike it when they almost voted for a convicted felon prison inmate solely because they resented the fact that we had a black president.

And it's not like it has much going for it on a personal basis either. The only decent experience I've ever had there was hooking up with that cute guy in Wheeling. And while the sex was good, it was simply not enough to make up for the rest of the awfulness.
