"Trump won't be indicted" has gone to "the charges are weak". The fact that he showed up to court shows that this is more serious than some of you want to admit.

The common denominator here is Bragg.

No. The common denominator to crime and this (and future) indictment(s) is trump.

Is anyone listening to the Orange Buffoonery coming out of this Clown right now?
It's about Hunter Biden, and other BS.
"Millions of votes were stuffed in ballot boxes" according to this Idiot.
Just wow.

Just wow.

My local NBC station had it on for probably not even five minutes and then went back to regular programming, which seems fair

Yep. Same here.
But then I changed it to the local Fox channel and they continued for a little longer, until they also realized it was laughable, nauseating nonsense, and then they just went to commentary about what he was saying.
Funny stuff, when even Fox realizes they are not helping him/Republicans by airing his garbage.
Uggggg.

lololol... though looks like something was thrown on his way.

That said, I might have rushed to help the dude, even though he's an apparent moron, or at least ask whether he's ok unless he got up immediately. Perhaps I would later have asked him whether he still thinks all Dems are evil.

LOL.
Looks like a small skateboard he ran over. You can see a child trying to get it, and I think he is the one yelling "stop, stop" trying to warn others that his skateboard got away from him.

Alvin Bragg needs weight watchers, that fat idiot didn't visit a buffet he didn't like

It's always deflection from the trump cult.

Yep.
I indicated on the last page, how my local TV station did the same. Even the local Fox station here, dumped trump. LOL.

One major problem with the Bragg case is mixing and matching state and federal law. Using purported federal violations to extend the SOL for state violations causes considerable skepticism in elite legal circles.
...

I agree with you here.
Bragg interweaving state and federal law is going to muddy the waters (and the right-out legality) of the case. I'm somewhat concerned with this also.

Ask yourself this:  would the same amount of resources be devoted to this case if Trump wasn't a political candidate?  There's your answer.

"If Trump was not running a political campaign, he would not be accused of breaking campaign finance laws."
Wow, really???

Exactly. It had been said before. Campaign finance laws were made specifically to target politicians and also deals with "political campaigns." Those laws don't target your everyday teenager who did not make a full stop at the stop sign.
Duh.

If Trump could be prosecuted for mishandling classified documents, couldn’t Biden and Pence be as well?

Technically, they could, but they will not.
They did not willfully take and/or hide documents from the Feds.
They immediately admitted to having some, and invited federal authorities to check their storage areas for the possibility of other documents that were stored by them in error.
This is a Day-And-Night difference between what the Orange Buffoon did.

What an absolute joke of a trial and hack judge. This is probably the most angry I've been for the last few years. I will be donating half of my paycheck to Trump to help him win ...

What are you talking about?
It's such a beautiful day!

I think one of the big items to remember regarding the conclusion of this trial, is that it was GUILTY ON ALL 34 FELONY CHARGES/COUNTS.

EVERY . SINGLE . ONE . OF . THEM !

Just wow.

Trumpers want to send Democrats to jail when no evidence exists (Bidens, Hillary) but it’s a grave injustice when actual evidence convicts a rapist crime lord.
Not true.
We didn't want to send anyone to jail.
implying that "lock her up" hasn't been a chant since 2016
It was just a catchy chant.
So just to confirm, you’re saying that Hillary Clinton did nothing wrong and should not have been arrested?
Yes, I am.

We don't believe you.

But you believed Michael Cohen.

Mods, can this obvious troll be banned?

He is just pissy, because from the early days when Mar-a-Lago was first searched, Ljube kept saying that an ex-president (most specifically, the GOP's Orange God) would never be tried and convicted in the United States.
He was wrong. So wrong!

The vast majority of voters dont care about this either, just like they didnt care about Clinton committing perjury.

Heck its why the average voter really didnt care about Iran-Contra either

Clinton wasn't convicted for a felony.
Thanks for playing.

Clinton gave up his law license:

https://www.nytimes.com/2001/01/19/politics/clinton-reaches-deal-to-avoid-indictment-and-to-give-up-law-license.html
Yes, he did. Should he not have? I’m confused, are you for or against presidents suffering consequences for their actions?

OSR is the typical anti-anti-Trump Republican. He wants Trump gone but doesn't have the stomach to do what it takes.
And when somebody does, like Bragg, Merchan, and the jurors did in this case, instead of supporting them he prefers to throw rocks from the safety of his balcony terrified that he might find himself ostracized from his party if he doesn't fall in line with the cult.

Is this whole "Hochul/Biden should pardon trump for the sake of peace in America (and good for the Democrats and Biden's campaign)," a real thing being discussed by conservatives around our nation?

Or just among some crazies here in Atlas?
It's both hysterical, nutty and wrong ... all at the same time.
