Last I checked, Jackson won two easy popular victories.

Jackson only ran for a second term because Van Buren turned him against Calhoun and others. Furthermore, the Democratic Party, which Jackson used to great success, was organized by VB.

What's bad about those things?

Well, you may be in the 23.7% of people that liked Andrew Jackson, but for the other 76.3%, what's bad should be obvious.
