Im guessing she wasn’t wearing a mask because she was just about to start talking with Trump and they were doing the interview without masks on.

Or she'd just finished and was talking with someone before putting a mask on after finishing her (socially distant) interview with Trump. Maybe the footage will prove me wrong, but I'm extremely skeptical the White House wouldn't insist on a maskless interview. ("Dumb Leader Stronk! No Need Mask! Trump Not Fear Puny Virus!")

I think it’s all an act.

He’s a reality tv star and he knows how to create chaos to get people interested in watching.

He's a P.T. Barnum-type showman, yes. But he's an awful actor. His reality tv persona was the result of lots of editing and lots of footage, not his acting chops.

The full interview isn't going to make him look good. (If it would, he wouldn't be so upset.) If he releases the whole thing, he's making himself look bad.  But it's not like 60 Minutes doesn't have their own copy of the interview. So if he releases an edited version that makes himself look good, they just have to release their own video and now he looks like an idiot twice-over: once for the interview, and again for lying about it and failing.

How is it "unedited" if it's just a "preview"? Either it's the whole interview or it's not.

Also, "full, flowing and 'magnificently brilliant' answers"? Megalomania much, Mr. Trump?

Wow, was I wrong. At least about him not releasing it. It certainly does not make him look good - he comes across worse than he did at the debate last night, lying constantly and pretty clearly inhabiting an alternate reality that has only tenuous contact with our own.  There are a number of excellent ads for Biden or Project Lincoln in here. The conclusion I come to is that even after four years, I can't model the stupidity and delusion of Donald Trump or his cult.
