I understand the difference between an Arrest Warrant and a Search Warrant

Do you understand that a letter from ICE, not signed by a judge, is neither of those things?

But if you're celebrating this, please don't tell me you're a law-abiding citizen at heart.

Pointing out that law enforcement should have to abide by the law makes one not a law-abiding citizen?

It may or may not be a lawful warrant.  I understand the difference between an Arrest Warrant and a Search Warrant, although an Arrest Warrant allows for a search incidental to arrest.

But if you're celebrating this, please don't tell me you're a law-abiding citizen at heart.  Spare me that.  Because the person whose name is on that Warrant has no right to be in the United States.

And ICE had no right to search his car.

Did that man have the right to be in the United States?

That's a "Yes" or a "No".

"Let your yea be yea and your nay be nay."

Why do you bother responding to these things if you’re not even going to bother reading any of the details of the story?
