Because Democratic voters don't want to nominate an interloper who constantly badmouths the party he wants to lead.

The fact that he's a registered independent is not a serious factor in a normal person's voting preference. Most people probably just assume he's a Democrat.

We get that it really seems to bother you though. You certainly repeat it often enough!

It's amazing how bothered some Greek guy is that Bernie isn't officially a Democrat despite having supported every Democratic nominee for President in the last 35 years.

I despise holier-than-thou charlatans, regardless of their nationality.

Care to explain how is this ironic? Because I've been accused of many things but being sanctimonious is a new one.
Lmao thanks for posting this directly in the thread.

Give the Miners a weeks paid leave, because I just struck gold!

It never fails to astonish me how easy it is to touch a nerve with Badger.

It’s telling that you put this (true) post here instead of allowing an eagerly willing poster (ie, Badger) to put it here.

Telling of what? I don’t care if someone here doesn’t like me but you are literally the last person on this forum to call anyone here a dick. IE why it goes in the irony forum
Badger? Peenie weenie? Ghost of Ruin? Pittsperg Steel?

You’re mad that I called you a dick. In contrast, I simply laughed when you called me a dick. That is as I mentioned rather telling to me. It signals that you can’t handle any criticism. You kind of confirmed that with your “I don’t have a problem, YOU have a problem!” style response. That is something a dick would do. IE you must be a dick.

If anyone here including Fuzzy called me a dick I wouldn’t of posted it here it’s that you in particular have zero ground to stand on
What are you gonna do about it?

If it turns out to be 100% correct and Trump learned but didn't do anything about it, would this be grounds for charges of treason? I actually think so.

Kinda ironic he recently accused Obama of treason for "spying on Trump Tower". Needless to say: Without any proof.

No, it's not treason to not respond to something.  Presidents need some leeway to choose not to act when either intelligence is inconclusive or any available response is likely to make things worse (ex. in the middle of delicate negotiations).

I'm sure you'd say the same thing if this happened under Obama or Hillary's watch.

If I did, would you agree with me or not?

I'll ask again:  Do you think that Presidents should have to worry about being impeached if they are too hesitant to do things that might start a war?

You constantly argue in bad faith so I'm not going to take your bait. If you want to derail the thread find someone else to troll.

In whatever educational media we have a hundred years from now, the 21st Century Republican Party will be summed up by a cartoon of an old white guy screaming, "MY IGNORANCE IS AS GOOD AS YOUR KNOWLEDGE!"
Appeal to Authority-one of the classics and one of Badger's favorites.

And proud of it,
oh I assumed so, you don't seem the type to admit when you are wrong.  Like most red avatars.

Here is you go Fuzzy.
How is trump doing so far, to be the great "unifier" you seek for our nation?
Are you saying that we should just ignore and forget this man who was murdered by terrorists in our own country?
Where exactly is the irony this?

If you can't see that there are similarities between Trump and Hitler, then you don't know history and you're blinded by partisanship.
