What the fark does Rick Sanatorium have to do with any of this?

I mean arguing about failures among those who's job it is to deal with this (FEMA, the department of homeland security, Gov. Blanko, Pres "the buck doesn't even pause here" Bush), but Sanatorium is about as relevant to this as Barbara Boxer or John McCain.  And as far as I know, they dutifly showed up in Washington to approve emergency funds for relief efforts.
