So it looks like only Aransas, Hawaii and Utah will have swung towards Trump. Every other state had a Dem swing from 2016.

Florida?

New York oddly looks like it might swing to Trump, unless the outstanding stuff is mostly Dems.

I have a feeling the Jewish vote, certainly the observant Jewish vote swung Trump.

Hopefully this election will convince us that vote-by-mail is not the answer.  We should be building the infrastructure to enable internet voting through block-chain.

I want to believe this would be better but online voting, even through blockchain just seems sketchy to me. Maybe in 20 years?

If Biden wins Georgia. Stacy Abrams needs to be the chair of the DNC cause whatever she doing she's doing it right.

Lol

She lost her own election and hasnt done anything of note since. Biden won Georgia because Trump is a lemming. They're going to lose both senate seats in a moth or so anyways.

She built up the infrastructure that made it possible for Biden to even compete in the state.

Chair of the DNC would be the perfect job for Abrams. She's a better politician than she is candidate.

KLB needs to run for Senate if we don't pick both seats up.

Actually House Majority Pac, sorry lol, hard to tell these apart. But yes. Gotta love that consultant culture!

I wouldn't trust that guy to manage a school board campaign.

I mean I’m glad Spanberger hung on but girl like.... complaining about a BLM attack ad against you and blaming leadership? It’s called a campaign. Learn to run one better next time so you can fight off these attacks.

She's right though.

"Defund the police" sounds really bad.

Cool. No one in the Democratic leadership ever said to defund the police. So, again, Spanberger should be able to run her own campaign without blaming others for nearly losing.

Against Nick Freitas at that. Isn't he the guy who had to run a write in campaign for state house last year because he couldn't figure out how to properly get himself on the ballot?

Hoping Biden can take the lead in GA or PA before Trump takes the lead in AZ. I don't want Trump to have a majority of EVs at any point.

Unless Biden takes an ACTUAL lead (and not a theoretical media one) in Pennsylvania, this race is far from over.

Yeah, it sure is slow. Still a lot of conjecture from Dems, I'm not at all convinced Biden has this.

🙄

Roll your eyes all you want, until Biden gets to at least 280 I'm gonna be like this. It's not done, it's way closer than 90% of this board expected, and Trump is more unhinged than ever.

I find it hard to imagine a scenario where Biden loses PA but wins Eerie county.

Quite a number of hard to imagine scenarios have occurred these past four years.

ClayCo will put him ahead for now. I am somewhat worried about military ballots.

What are ultra-mega-doomers Horus and Beet gonna have to say about blue Georgia?

Must be tough.

I never wanted to be right. Perhaps others did.

If GA really does flip I already have my username, avvy change and sig picked out.

There's probably going to be a recount in Georgia so I doubt it'll be really called.

Between the recount and two runoffs, GA will be the center of the political world for the next few months.

Also, wow at Rockdale county going 70% Biden. It's starting to approach the point where it votes more similar to the ATL urban core (Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton) than its suburban peers.

It's very similar to Clayton. Used to be heavily white but now one of the centers of upper middle class black suburbia.

That's not gonna happen lmao. Most Democrats got the only thing they wanted. They got rid of the cheeto in the White House. No one will give a sh*t.

1. Man is openly advocating for an authoritarian coup and you’re still acting like it’s some performative wokeness or some s—t to primarily want him out of the White House rather than quite possibly the single most urgent thing in the world.

2. I bet you as much money as will be spent on GA senate seats in the coming weeks that Dems will take it VERY seriously.

I'm actually gonna agree with Alben here. I'm confident we're gonna put up a hell of a fight for the runoffs, and spending is gonna be off the charts. Even without Trump on the ballot, both Ossoff and Warnock are well liked and Loeffler is despised.

Would any of these legal shenanigans work?

Maybe, but Trump can't hold PA unless they stop the count literally now.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think Trump would have won the state by a narrow margin (15k votes or so) if he had done as well as Kemp in rural/small-town GA (especially in the North and Southeast), right? There were clearly some Kemp/Biden voters.

Yes. This map is 36 hours old (explains Atlanta and Savannah "swinging R") and I'll update it tomorrow, but it frankly speaks to...well, perhaps I'll just let people draw their own conclusions for now.

LOL, thanks.

Kemp/Biden #populists Purple heart delivering GA for Biden

So not a single county flipped?

The big county south of Augusta flipped Trump

So got off work a little early, check into Atlas and had to go through about (70) additional pages since I last checked in, much of which was relatively irrelevant.

Am I the only one who has read all (519) pages of this thread since I don't have anyone on ignore?

So basically, we're either waiting for Biden to take the lead in GA Tonight in Clayton County, or if not than after Gwinnett reports tomorrow Morning, but even so likely not called by networks bcs of Provisionals and Overseas Ballots (Plus Recount Zone).

PA might well see Biden take a lead Tonight from a combination of Philly updates every two hours (are they counting all Night?) or miscellaneous counties reporting updates?

Allegheny likely won't be the County to push Biden over the top, bcs counting won't be restarted until Tomorrow.

Is that a correct summary of the situation now?
I've been reading every one too man. I just wish they would call it and start the next chapter. The endless court wars.

1876/2020: when stealing one state like 2000 isn't enough.

jfk stole illinois but that's okay tho

Debatable, but even if true he still would have won the election without Illinois.

Please learn both basic history and arithmetic before posting again.

Oh no! Atlas’s number one disbarred lawyer told me not to post, what will I do? Develop some intelligence before you post again and buzz off

What did you say about Buzz?

Some parts of Florida looked good for the Dems. Duval County, for example, is clearly a Tilt D county going forward. Miami-Dade was only 5 points more Dem than Duval lol

The margins were pretty good for Dems pretty much everywhere except for Miami Dade, right?

They also slipped in Broward and Palm Beach, I think the Jewish vote may have shifted right a little bit. Osceola was bad as well.

The Tampa and Jacksonville metros were very good for Dems.
