A point about methodology and definitions: we should not confuse the sub-category “totalitarian” (an adjective that may well describe something that has never existed) with the broad umbrella category of “authoritarian”.

As for her conviction, this would only be appropriate if the sharing of images of killing in general was outlawed; or if the sharing of images of killing in general was seen as a practice demanding psychiatric evaluation. Beyond that, I can’t think of a reason for such a court order.
