Mr. Morden,

The 'brief relaxation' was a nap, not porn.  And, yes, all but one subscription is cancelled.  I haven't been home to take care of the last one.

how many f'ing subscriptions did you have?

think of all the $$$ that added to your very large credit card debt.

Watching free porn is immoral.

Yes, Tik, Bushie is planning to do all of that starting next week provided nothing important or stressful like his favorite TV show being on or a family member calling him on the phone comes up.

I have about 3 or 4 regular Dr Pepper's left in my refrigerator and then its all Diet Dr Pepper and Water.

Open all 4 cans and pour them down the sink.  Or give them to your family members if you don't want to be "wasteful" with your sugar water.

Correction:  I have two cans left.

Open all 2 cans and pour them down the sink.  Or give them to your family members if you don't want to be "wasteful" with your sugar water.

Why not put two, three, four slices of ham on a single sandwich?

Because that means less delicious Wonder Bread and more yucky lean ham to eat.

Bushie have you thought about walking to you fast food/buffet restaurants instead of driving?  I'm guessing they are all about 1-2 miles away.

It's not ideal diet wise but you're failing at that anyway.  At least it gets you exercising for these meals.

That's a strange guess.  I would guess them to be between 5 and 25 miles away for most trailer-dwellers in Oklahoma, particularly those with a home not in a 'trailer park' but freestanding on their own land.

Where I grew up the nearest chain fast food/buffet restaurants were 10-20 miles away.  Things are just terribly arranged in the Midwest.

Maybe.  Albuquerque is pretty spread out like OKC and I'm pretty sure there's a restaurant within 2 miles of where I am at all times.

Hotdogs aren't necessarily unhealthy.... a lot of sodium, but the golden ratio of Calories / (Protein + Fiber) is fine if you use franks with low fat content and a whole wheat bun and then make a Chicago dog with plenty of veggies.  They're actually pretty tasty.  Pretty tasty indeed.  Better than "normal" hotdogs.

You're right, but that probably describes none of what Bushie ate three times for dinner.

Who care about that guy?  This thread is about lifestyle tips.

Cereal/general food tip: if it's white, it's not good for you.

Also, Bushie has a smart phone, right? Atkins has decent free app.  It does a "daily plan" with new meals every day and recipes for breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner.  That might be a way to go.

It could also help his parents get healthier recipes.

Also, you should buy some baby carrots and salad mix at the store.  Stir fry mixes are fairly cheap and have good variety, too.  Good for you if you're under 2000 calories, but if you get hungry late at night its better to have a big stock up of vegetables to snack on than get tempted to eat anything else.

Question Bushie: how many sloppy js would you be eating if you weren't on a diet?

That's a good sized meal Opie, but you probably still ingested far less fat and sugar than Bushie did.

Forgot to mention 3 of us had Cokes, (the other two only water)...

Oh I guarantee Bushie did too.

And you probably burn more cals in one night at the brothel than Bushie does in a week.

This does make me feel better.

I tend to feel guilty indulging on a big slice of pizza or getting one burger.

If 5'7" Bushie needs to be slamming down 4 sloppy joes a night to be in his condition, I guess I'll always be okay.

Probably 3.  I only had the 4th one last night to clean up the rest of the meat.  I generally stop at 3.

Bushie, walk through this logically:

  • You are severely obese due to poor eating habits.
  • You normally eat 3 sloppy joes.
  • Yesterday, you ate 4 sloppy joes.

How in the world can you say you dieted yesterday?

If you normally ate 5 and ate 4, or normally ate 3 and this time only ate 1, I'd give you some points.  But yesterday you ate 4 and you normally ate 3.  You're doing even worse, not better.

"Clean up the meat" is a lame excuse, too.  You have a refrigerator.  You could have easily ate 1 sloppy joe and a large salad for dinner, another sloppy joe and a large salad for lunch the next day, and another sloppy joe and large salad the next night for dinner--more than satisfying your 3 sloppy joe fix and eating far less calories over a two day period.

Unfortunately, Lief, the sweet release of death at 50 will probably evade Bushie.  The travesty is that we the taxpayers will be tossing billions in Medicare dollars to keep him and his kind alive until he's 70, maybe even 80.

His suffering will not be an earlier death but a steady diet of blood pressure and heart meds, knee/hip replacements, etc., etc. at our expense, while praying that the Blessed Lord comes to destroy us all for our sins and reward him with a mansion in the sky.

Do most oklahomans share bushie's hatred of walking?

Mark my words, it wont be long before bushie gets a handicapped placard flr his car so he can park up front!

If most are, then all a handicap sticker will get him is parking within the first 5 rows.

"Visiting the dietician" might actually be the perfect framing device for the BushOK movie.

I hope Bushie can develop a decent plan to transition into drinking a glass of water.

Still zero fruits or vegetables...

His aversion to even fruit is really bizarre.
