We're going to have the most faithless electors (faithless is more common for VP) in a couple of centuries, but before anyone gets too excited, there were 2 in 1832 and 6 in 1808. That's it for elections with multiple faithless electors.

There were actually 23 in 1836, but all for VP. The VP election actually got thrown to the Senate for the only time when New York delegation refused to vote for Van Buren's running mate.

It was Virginia, actually, and he was denied election by one vote. Needless to say he was elected by the Senate.

One elector simply voted "John Ewards", which they counted as presidential vote for Edwards.
