Maybe. Normally I would vote in every election without question. But not only are none of the Arlington races competitive, I also broke my tailbone a few days ago and am much less mobile than usual. After work I'll probably just want to collapse on my bed. This election is so inconsequential here that the thought of voting by mail never even crossed my mind.
