When can we expect more updates today? I assume PA and GA will be giving us little drips, but is NV dropping a ton at noon again? AZ at 9:00pm EST?

C'mon PA, you can make the extra few thousand to get the networks to call it  Unamused

When are these COWARDS gonna call NV, AZ, PA, and GA for Biden?
The jury's still out on AZ and GA but there is no reason not to call PA and NV.

CNN.com's website changed its headline to "Biden on the verge of 270" so maybe they're in the process of closing in on a call.
I'm guessing we just need a couple more vote dumps and they're there, but PA (in character for this week) is moving at a snail's pace.

I hope the new AZ numbers seal the deal for Biden, we're on Day 4 and we all know what's going to happen, I just want to get it over with...

I thought PA would be the call but if AZ looks really good for Biden and then NV gets called after the next dump...

Okay, feeling good about calls in NV, PA, and AZ today. NV should be called after noon, AZ after their 9pm EST drop, and PA at some point randomly. At least, I hope that's what happens today.

It kind of starts getting annoying. Call the race and get it over with. Trump is finished.

I'm still confident about PA and I'm still expecting a call today.

I've about had it with the media networks. It's clear with NV at least!

County was 57-41 Biden as of yesterday.

You mean 58-40 Trump?

True. My fault.
Trump vastly falling short, then.

You scared me for a second there. Hopefully the Maricopa vote dump is that one out of Gallego's district that we've been hearing about, and settle this state once and for all.
If they can call AZ, maybe they can call NV as well and end this nightmare.

I'm starting to think our fears of post-election violence were overblown.

(Not saying there won't be small pockets of unrest, but so far, thousands of Trump supporters haven't taken to the streets.)

*fingers crossed*

I am pleasantly surprised so far.  I was half-expecting Oklahoma City-style bombings, or maybe that will happen after Biden is inaugurated...

Armed protesters showing up at polling sites demanding they stop counting votes is about as bad as it gets and not something that should ever happen in America.

Hearing a report that the Biden campaign actually requested that networks not call any remaining state until his lead is above 0.5%.

Still doesn't explain Nevada though....
Why would the networks listen to the Biden campaign on that?

why did this board suddenly become dead? nothing to talk about?

Why don’t we play a game to liven things up? Ever heard of 20 Questions? Well, I have my own version. It’s called 20,000 Questions. Let’s begin...
I'm sure we'd wrap up before the next state is called.

So, how are we feeling about a call tomorrow? PA should put Biden over the recount line, no? And more AZ + NV dumps by noon EST?

From the 538 blog:

Quote
While we wait for a larger update from Arizona’s Maricopa County, we just got a new batch of results from Pinal County, where Trump leads Biden by nearly 15 percentage points, 57 percent to 41 percent. In this batch, though, Trump outpaced his share in the county, getting 62 percent to Biden’s 35 percent and netting a little less than 2,000 votes.

Biden now leads statewide in Arizona by just under 28,000 votes.
God, we're never going to get this race called.

For those Atlas'ings just joining us and inevitably typing out "fill-me-in, guys":

At 11AM, Maricopa County, AZ will reportedly drop its last large batch of county-wide votes.  There's about 92K ballots remaining.  This drop should give us a pretty decent idea of Trump's chances in the state.

You can tell my patience is waning when I'm frustrated that I haven't heard anything about Maricopa and it's been two minutes.

Edit - nevermind I'm just slow

This election is never going to end if the networks don't call PA for Biden once he crosses the 0.5% threshold...

Unfortunately, with only 7,000 ballots being reported at that time, we're going to probably have to wait for ANOTHER dump for a call. Unbelievable.
