I've said the same thing before.  That was a terrible tactical political decision by McCarthy.

Rusty Bowers (the Arizona House Speaker) is a very compelling witness.

!!!

CNN: Rep. Mo Brooks says he's willing to testify in public as Jan. 6 committee prepares to reissue him a subpoena

A bit of revenge for Trump unendorsing him?

The DOJ investigations seem to be picking up steam lately.

Kinzinger is the lead questioner in today's hearing.

Today's hearing will reveal the members of Congress who asked for pardons.

Add Jeff Clark to the list of people who are going to be in deep legal trouble soon.

Based on what's come out so far in the hearings, I really don't see how Trump can avoid indictment.

Republicans seeking pardons:

Mo Brooks
Matt Gaetz
Andy Biggs
Louis Gohmert
Scott Perry
Marjorie Taylor Greene (potentially)

Any Republicans care to explain why an innocent person would seek a pardon?

You mean under a Republican president? There no - absolutely ZERO - chance, Biden would grant such to these nutjobs.

Yes, they reportedly sought pardons from Trump during the lame-duck period (see discussion over the past few pages).

I predicted literally all of these people. Granted, they're the usual suspects. Wasn't that hard to imagine.

Boebert, Cawthorn, Clyde, Jordan, Massie, and Roy are some obvious ones that are missing though.

And Paul Gosar.

This is a very interesting development.  Prior to this announcement, the next hearings were to take place in mid-July.

ETA: The committee has not released the list of witnesses for tomorrow.
