Do you support Sen. Booker's Marijuana Justice Act?

I guess this is just an attempt at a clever way to force every state to legalize marijuana, given that the idea of instituting literal quotas for arrest and sentencing based on race and income would be as impractical as it would be a mockery of due process.  (That's not to say the status quo isn't a mockery of due process, but it's not quite as boldfaced about it.)
