It's not entirely out of play, but it's not a tossup under even the most forgiving analysis.

Maine could go GOP much more easily if the candidate is moderate on social issues.

I don't see Maine as D+5 in aggregate as much as D+10 on social positions and a push on economics.  Tame the red meat conservatism and you have a horserace.
