Biden is capsizing hard at these satellite locations.

It doesn't bode well for Biden.

Not to jump to conclusions, what does this tell us if anything about the final result?

Trump's getting re-elected.

So we have 2 sets of very incomplete numbers - one with about 80,000 votes and one with about 15,000 - showing:

Final Round:
Bernie 30-31%
Warren 21-27%
Buttigieg 21-25%
Klobuchar 11-12%
Biden 7-12%

Iowa Caucus Results Delayed Amid Counting Issues
Results delayed amid ‘inconsistencies in the reporting’
Quote
During an early Tuesday conference call with the campaigns, state party officials said they weren’t willing to provide details on any results they had collected, according to a person familiar with the call. The officials said they expected to release results later Tuesday but didn’t specify a time, the person said.

Biden's camp already sounds a bit like 'election is rigged'-light theme.
Quote
The campaign of former Vice President Joe Biden said in a letter to the state party that “acute failures are occurring statewide” in the party’s reporting system. “We believe that the campaigns deserve full explanations and relevant information regarding the methods of quality control you are employing, and an opportunity to respond, before any official results are released,” wrote Dana Remus, general counsel for Mr. Biden’s campaign.

Richard Harpootlian, a former South Carolina Democratic chairman who volunteered for Mr. Biden’s campaign in a suburban Des Moines precinct, called the caucuses “the most convoluted, distorting process I’ve ever been involved with.”

“We all entered stuff on an app. So where’s the results? They’re just dragging it out,” Mr. Harpootlian said.

I understand the concept may be alien to Republicans, but in a democracy, there are actually rules, agreed upon in advance, for how representatives are allocated. It's not just "find an excuse for my guy to win".

Yes. It is like whining about 'but the popular vote'!

I had a feeling Biden was a paper tiger. But even I didn't see him coming in at 4th or 5th place. What a disaster.

May be, just may be Trump's "Where is corrupt Hunter"-campaign was a successful thing.

changed your mind because of what Trump says.

It has nothing to with what Trumps says, but with what Hunter did and how Joe responded to demonstrably increased media coverage/scrutiny of Hunter-thing.

I already wrote about it in Impeachment Thread >>>

If you guys still think it didn't matter... Fine, whatever. LMAO.

Okay, Russian Bear: let me extend my statement.

"...if you didn't like Biden (Democrat or Republican) before the impeachment proceedings, you're unlikely to have changed your mind because of what Trump says or the Bidens' affairs."

But I'm not going to derail this thread by re-litigating Hunter Biden -- we've spent almost three whole megathreads on that.

And it is not about Die-hard pro or anti-Bidens. It's about "true" undeciders/lukewarmers. In 2016 they were skewed heavily towards Trump. Now, may be they were towards anyone but Biden.

Back from work ... still no results.

LOL.

Anyway:

Quote
Pete Buttigieg's campaign said they have used Shadow Inc. — the same app company that developed the app in Iowa that caused the reporting area.

A Buttigieg campaign aide said they "have contracted with this vendor in the past for text messaging services to help us contact voters. Totally unrelated to any apps they built for the party.”

It appears that Joe Biden and Kirsten Gillibrand's campaign have also used the company, as well as other state Democratic parties.

So much to the Buttigieg-app conspiracy ...

Shadow Inc? It is a nice name  Devil

“Any campaign saying they won or putting out incomplete numbers is contributing to the chaos and misinformation,” said Joe Rospars, a top adviser to Ms. Warren, alluding to Mr. Sanders and Mr. Buttigieg.

But Mr. Sanders’s campaign made no apologies for the projection of strength, arguing that it would be reflected in the final results.

“We feel very confident about our performance in Iowa,” said Ari Rabin-Havt, a senior adviser to Mr. Sanders.

It was not only the top-tier candidates who clashed as Monday gave way to Tuesday, however. The campaign manager for Senator Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota posted on Twitter that their data suggested that Ms. Klobuchar could overtake Mr. Biden in the vote count — an unverifiable claim for outside observers, but one that could be debilitating for Mr. Biden if it came to pass. Ms. Klobuchar has been running well behind the four leaders in both national polls and surveys of Iowa.

“With the numbers we’ve seen internally and publicly, we’re running even or ahead of Vice President Biden,” wrote Justin Buoen, Ms. Klobuchar’s top aide. “Wheels up to New Hampshire!”

Mr. Biden’s campaign released no data of its own and appeared eager to turn the page on the contest. In brief remarks to supporters on Monday, Mr. Biden raised an eyebrow at the disorder; both he and his campaign manager, Greg Schultz, said little about what they expected, other than Mr. Biden would win his “fair share” of delegates in Iowa.

So at this rate, Bernie will be losing Iowa again.

The thing with Bernie is that 25% is fine, but it's clear in the 2nd round what is his problem is. He doesn't have crossover appeal beyond his die-hards. That's the reason Buttigieg got such a good 2nd realignment #.

I agree, but as defense, in terms of PV it was:

Pete  21.4% tom 25.2% (+3.8 )
Sanders 24.4% to 26.2% (+1.8 )
Warren 18.8% to 20.6% (+1.4)
Biden   14.7 to 13.2 (-1.5)
Klobuchar 12.8 to 12.5 (-0.3)

that is Sanders may be was hurt by strong Warren. I don't know how much you can extrapolate from this.

With 29% outstanding for reporting, Sanders still has a decent shot to win overall?

20% according to the Needle.

Or perhaps there just isn't much enthusiasm in this primary period. No one in this race is particularly exciting or inspiring to the electorate as a whole.

I don't know what is worse.
