Does she have a greater than 10% chance of becoming president one day? Maybe. Does she have a plausible chance of becoming president one day? Yes. Anyone who is 30 years old and is already a prominent national political figure has a decent chance of becoming president one day.

Barring scandal, I definitely think she could emerge as a major presidential contender in the 2020s, 2030s, or even 2040s. She could probably run while serving in the House, but I think she'd almost certainly be a strong presidential contender if she could win election to the Senate or become governor. Given her position on the left-wing of the party, she might have trouble in the general election, but it's also possible that the country moves to the left or she moderates her own views a la Krysten Sinema.
