I'll be at a 9:50 showing on Thursday night.

Ditto.

Next week I may go.  I am not a big fan but the pre views look really cool.  Lots of action.

Ugh.

Looks like I'm ending up going on 10:15 tomorrow night instead. I prefer the last show. Tongue

I won't.  Not only am I not interested in the slightest bit, I would really rather not experience the embarrassment of being in the same group as Trekkies.

Come now Fezzy, we all have our embarrassing interests. Tongue

Wow. This movie rocked. Go see it ASAP.

I saw it too, it was quite good. People of all stripes were there and routinely cheered and applauded throughout the film. It's a little sad now that everything is irrelevant, that all the movies and series are not in canon now, but I'm.. optimistic.

And by the way, my favorite new cast member is Chekov by a mile. Tongue

A really good shoot-em-up, action flick.

I think people sometimes are actively trying to make me dislike the film. Tongue

Well you know Rowan, being here is pretty geeky. Does that mean you have to leave?

Liking anime is much worse.

I think the coverage and the reaction around the movie and to old Star Trek fans is actually making me incredibly disgusted with the entire thing.
