I thought that Biden's "let's work with Republicans" was the dumbest thing a candidate has said this cycle until I watched Bernie's interview with Joe Rogan. He claims if the Republicans try to block his proposals he'll hold anti-McConnell rallies in KY. LOL

I don't think anything will work, but I second the notion that if he's serious about winning he has to become aggressive with his rivals.

I'd say Biden and Warren are too old also.  The three of them should drop out and have it be a Pete vs. Kamala vs. Yang race.

Which would end with a Kamala victory, a tragedy for America.

This "once in a lifetime candidate" talking point is nonsense. Bernie will get nothing done as President. His plan to combat Republican obstruction by holding anti-McConnell rallies in KY is the most embarrassing thing I've ever heard.

It is undeniable that Bernie mobs viciously attack anyone who speaks positively of Warren on most progressive forums/comment sections, but there is no need to derail and I have deleted my initial insult.

Yes, there are some that do. I'm not gonna sit here and defend Shadows. You'll notice that the average Bernie supporter is closer to me than him. Hell, if Bernie keeps flaming out, I might vote for Warren anyway. She's a 1B, not a second choice, and I trust her to take tough stances and overrule the establishment if needed.

You can bring up the merits of Warren all you want. You can condemn the Shadowses of the world all you want. You can come in here and debate his merits all you want. But the moment people like you and MacArthur say that Bernie/his supporters are worse than Trump/his supporters in any facet, you've unmasked yourselves. You've revealed you believe we're a bigger threat than literal fascists, and you've revealed that you're willing to bring this entire damn country down if it means getting revenge.

I would never say Bernie is worse than Trump in any way. I was talking about the online behavior of his supporters, and how (imo) they are currently a bigger problem in online comment sections than Trump supporters. Maybe it's only the sites/channels I frequent.

I don't believe Bernie is a "threat", I agree with him on most every issue, and am closer to him on foreign policy than Warren. I would obviously vote for him in the GE. I don't believe he has a path to the nomination and his JRP interview made me lose all faith in him possibly being an effective President, but that has nothing to do with his policy positions.

https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/468278-manchin-says-he-wouldnt-back-sanders-against-trump-in-presidential-race

Quote
Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) said he would not back Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in a 2020 presidential match-up against President Trump.

Manchin told Fox News he would “absolutely not” support Sanders’ agenda, calling it “not practical where I come from.”

When Fox News’s Neil Cavuto asked whom Manchin would vote for if the Vermont progressive ended up becoming the Democratic presidential nominee, Manchin responded, "Well, it wouldn’t be Bernie.”

This Iran crisis may be a huge opening for Sanders, as he's been hitting Biden a lot on Iraq recently. It didn't look like foreign policy was going to play a huge role in this election, but since it seems that might change Sanders can definitely make the case we need a complete overhaul in the area, especially on interventionism.

Biden is incapable of uttering a sentence with any actual substance. Those being the rare occasions where he is able to utter a sentence.
