North Carolina is down to 50k on DDHQ. Tillis down 20k, he'll win, I think Trump will too. Not a lot of vote left, but its been overwhelmingly Trump.

What's 99%? NYT is showing North Carolina as 80% in.

I was looking at DDHQ because that is what they referenced.

Basically everything left in Ohio is either in the cities or NE Ohio suburbs....there's a chance Biden can win it. Trump's currently up 50.8 to 47. 9 with 70% in.

North Carolina seemingly hinges entirely on Franklin and Union now.

If that's the case  then Trump is going to win, Union has a lot more people than Franklin and regularly votes >70% Republican.
