Ken Starr is a horrible, horrible, horrible person.

Thanks to him and his report, every five year old in the country found out what adultery and oral sex were.

They also learned a valuable lesson about perjury and what happens when you break the law.  They learned no one was above the law unless they have well connected friends, etc., etc.

Actually how "above the law" you are is directly related to how much money you have.  OJ Simpson taught us that.
